Pompeo knew Giuliani was corrupt, but stood by and let him gut the entire State Department.

Is he a coward or is he basically supportive of this president? His treatment of NPR reporter Mary Louise Kelly suggests it’s not cowardice, but active malice toward anyone who is not a supine Trump supporter.
