It’s not, Brookly. But “cut 10% across the board” just makes no sense at all.

For example, I don’t like Magnum PI— I know, I know, heresy. I just get irritated with it. However, Mangum PI isn’t racist or idiotic; I simply lack Magnum PI appreciation glands.
