Looks like that rifle from Wanted. Terribly impractical; I can’t imagine a cartridge that has that much gas expansion in it. I don’t even think the .50 Browning does.

Looks almost like there is some corrugated tubing (rubber?) part way down the barrel. I’m almost wondering if it’s some kind of DIY Suppressor / Flash hider? Even anti-tank rifles didn’t have a barrel anything like that.
