Judging from the latest spin in re: Ted Cruz, it would depend on his skin color. Would Americans accept a president with green blood and pointy ears? We have a guy who was born in Hawai’i, forchrissakes, and there are still people calling him an illegal usurper.

I can imagine some future time when a presidential candidate born on the Mars colony would have a tough time with the nativists on Earth.
