Nah, I’ll lay on the barrel head now that, by next year’s end, he’ll get his job back. Why? Because the union will take the matter to court, argue that it was an unlawful termination, and either his superiors will fold and agree to take him back to make the lawsuit go away or the court will find that his termination was unlawful and they’ll be forced to take him back anyway.
