I love fish…Cooked or grilled…
I have a dish that I cook trout in heavy cream and white wine..
Then remove then and stuff the fillets with different cheeses, wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.. Remove and serve with the heavy cream sauce over it..
Garnish..Yummy

Wow, that sounds great. Is the recipe in the cookbook? or in the future one?
While growing up went camping on trout streams frequently. The fresh trout was lways the favorite meal. I think my mom just put on some corn meal and fried it in the skillet.
