Done nothing except reduce the Bush deficit from 1.4trillion to 1.2 trillion in the first year.

The budget commission proposals disproportionately affected the poor and middle class. Big business and the rich get much more of a pass.
If everyone was being asked to sacrifice it’d have more momentum. It doesn’t.
