Possibly. And maybe even likely at certain levels of the organization. I belong to a relatively small and very technically oriented fraternity, so my exposure to undergraduates is generally with pretty down-to-earth guys who are definitely not in school with a good car and money from a trust fund. And my contacts beyond that with other fraternities is generally with their national level volunteers and executives. Who generally are doing jobs for the love of working with people since none of the positions pay that much.

I’m basing my stereotypes on 40 year old observation. Sounds like your ‘frat’ is morphing into ‘honor society’.
