Actually, Glenn may well be on to something there. Not long ago, the so-called “Donestk Republic” opened a consulate here in Ostrava. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Putin was funding things like a militia that’s recently sprung up here in the Czech Republic, a far-right group that’s exceedingly pro-Russian.
