Anyways, just in for a moment. had a lovely (if muddy and windy) day at the Loch Norman Highland Games just north of Charlotte, NC. The storm blew us a bit, but nothing too bad. The afternoon was sunny and glorious. Bought a great Paul Revere style tin lantern for our Rev War kit, and found a source for some 42nd Highlander Black Watch wool tartan fabric at 25 bucks a yard (all wool, not a blend).

Tomorrow is calculus homework and catching up on carbonate thin sections lab for petrology. Meh.
