I’m curious as to the status of ginsburg. Whether she is resting/undergoing treatment, or physically still at work. When one becomes incapacitated, do they continue hearing cases, despite the possibility of an even vote?

Anyone know?

Remember Supreme Court Justice Rehnquist who died in 2005? He worked right-up to the end.
