Another right of spring, the culling of the backyard. We just have a small strip behind our apartment that we usually let over grow in the winter. Just clear cut the big stuff with a weedeater and hit some other patches with weed killer. Kid’s freaked out because they found a whole nest of slugs under the hose.

i’ve been setting beer traps around the pepper plants, but not getting results as good as last year. Perhaps I’ve killed off all but the teetotalers.
