The budget is being worked on behind closed doors, so far between Congressman Ryan and Senator Murray. Most of the House can’t be let into the process till later, because otherwise Yoho, Gohmert, and the rest of their motley crew would start flinging teabags and lumps of shit like a bunch of Howler Monkeys.

Heaven forbid anyone should mar one of Ryan’s legislative masterpieces.
