When I was young, I admit, to my adult shame, that U2 was my all-around favorite band. What can I say? Something about them appealed to me when I was 14.

I grew up. And now I’m pretty sure The Sisters of Mercy is my all-around favorite. It’s too bad they’re basically done and I won’t ever see them live.

This was the first song of theirs that I ever heard… Of course :)

Um, I saw them Tuesday. They ended their second encore with “Temple of Love” and “This Corrosion”. :)
