Uhh, yeah, he is. Easily the most aggressively homophobic candidate, which shows an incredible amount of ignorance. It’s no accident that he was chosen for the Google name bomb. You don’t find someone who wants to go back to criminalizing gay sex ignorant? WTF?

Dunno as he can beat Bachmann, or Perry, or even Uncle Ron, if we can admit the newsletters as evidence, on the aggressive homophobia front.

In Santorum’s case, it’s not ignorance, it’s ugliness. He’s an intelligent man. Bachmann isn’t, she actually is thick as a brick. Santorum has a good mind in there, buried under a pile of culture-war manure.
