It actually might taste better within a certain spectrum of “taste”. That’s going from the fact that for other carbonated beverages such as wine or beer different shapes of glasses are used to enhance how you encounter the scents and bubbles of the drink.

Beyond that, I think the main amusement of the commercial was that when it showed there were 3-4 immediate comments here that the right-wing nuts were going to explode over it — and they promptly did. And it was not an outrageous, pot-stirring commercial. It was a real-good Coke commercial.

Our neighbor gave us 4 Guinness pints but unfortunately, they don’t make Bud taste any better. : )

Actually, Coca Cola corp may have made a feel-good political statement, but you can bet it was for its own bottom line.
