Personal, anecdotal experiences are very localized observations.

Mine confirm that the birthrate among the brown Americans is much higher than among the white folks. The problems here are mostly poverty-related. Women are respected and elected. Participation in politics needs to increase among the young.

There was a poll last year that showed about 1/3 of white millenials have negative views towards minorities, about the same percentage as the boomer generation. The one saving point is that this group is getting smaller as a fraction of the total population.
