There are a quite a number of nations that have multiple Capitals, where different cities have different parts of the Government.
The list in Europe includes:
Georgia (Tbilisi and Kutaisi)
Montenegro (Podgorica and Cetinje)
The Netherlands (Amsterdam and The Hague)
In addition, while Berlin is the Capital of the Reunited Germany, Bonn still holds a number of Departments, and is a Federal City.
In Russia, Moscow holds the Executive and Legislative Branches, while Saint Petersburg holds the Judicial.
And the EU is split across three Cities; Brussels, Luxembourg, and Strasbourg
