What’s really going to bug me is when the next Democratic president inevitably has a lot of executive power because of what Trump has done and the Republicans will bitch. That’s the thing that pissed me off about the whining about Obama. Bush increased the size of the executive. By doing, that he guaranteed that Obama would be forced to do that and it didn’t help that the GOP didn’t want ot cooperate with Obama at all.

Bush and his cronies pushed the “unitary executive theory” which essentially said the President could do whatever he wanted.
