So, no Swift cutoff yet? I understand why _strategically_, they don’t want to cutoff Russia from SWIFT, even for something as blatant as an offensive war against a neighbor with ZERO justification, based on outright lies.

You get a lot of power by controlling SWIFT, but if you use your power often enough, people will create another system for international bank messaging, which amongst others Russia and China are trying to do, and then you have _far_ less power.
