Schlumberger sent out a crew to do a cement bonding log.
BP said we don’t need this, we will send your people home on a helicopter tomorrow.

Schlumberger said nope, our folks are coming home now, and Schlumberger paid for their own helicopter to go get their people OFF THE RIG!

Wow.

Schlumberger knew how dangerous BP’s actions were, and got their people OFF the rig. Then it blew up.

Wow. I don’t think anyone realizes just what that reveals.

Can’t watch any live streams at work, but I had heard this before and thought it turned out to be a regular BP operated flight, regularly scheduled flight? Is that officially not the case now?
