Design suggestions for Star Trek spaceships:

A: 5 point restraint harnesses so people stop getting flung around so much.

B: Automate your fucking weapons systems so that you can return fire immediately.

C: It’s cool your computer still somehow work after shorting out and killing people, but it’s pretty easy to make electrical circuits not overload. It’s called a circuit breaker and it was invented in 1879.

D: Your command and control center should be in the middle of the ship if possible, which it is since you don’t actually look out windows, so why strap it to the top like some sort of death-seeking weirdos?
