I’ve had comcast for years and I’m having my first problem with dropping ‘net connection. New modem has helped but hasn’t fixed the whole problem. I’m still dropping but only a couple times a day and only for a minute or so, before it would be out for an hour at a time. They were supposed to come test last week but I guess they decided to skip it since they never showed.
