Did you take that as me thinking atheists take their orders from the atheist hierarchy located in their central office in Omaha? Obviously not all atheists care about christmas decorations/declarations, at least I don’t think I’m the only one, but it seems like quite a few are otherwise what’s the point of putting up “atheist testimonials” during the holiday celebrations? They’re either being unnecessarily antagonistic or being entirely too thin skinned, the same thing they accuse the Christians of being.

There is a difference between being atheist and being anti-religion. I’m of the mind that as long as your religion doesn’t preach that it’s your duty to kill all the atheists, homosexuals, and ban bacon you can worship whatever deity you feel necessary without me feeling the need to point out your religion is nuts. Wanna pray to mistress earth and her 3 virgin apostles (earth, wind, and fire) for providing your daily sustenance before we eat? Knock yourself out, it’s no skin off of my nose.
