The Roi has been concerned enough about this integrity test that he sent an e-mail to the Governor’s office, telling them they should protest this. He felt all along they should should begin collection process, and not deal with the integrity test, which could place additional stresses on the thing and create seeps and leaks elsewhere, not just near the wellhead.

This is not good news.
