Yes, I listened to the video. Bibi is visiting a family who has just lost loved ones in a bus bombing. They are telling him, “I am afraid to go outside. I am afraid to travel to the city,” etc.

This was at the time when there was a terrorist attack or bus bombing almost every other day.
