I noticed that too. It’s probably policy to leave that up to the supervisor so the cops scuffling with a protestor don’t panic and start macing everyone. The cops are very vulnerable in these scuffles.

I watched several videos, and it was hard to tell because some people have trouble keeping their cameras still, but if you watched the extended version, the cops had arrested several young men right before then.

You should always watch the extended version.
