I think my favorite part in that whole incoherent rant is his fear that all the brown people will turn America into a one-party state with a PRI style government. You know, because Latino = Mexican and every Latino exists in some sort of hive mind.

And he misses the fact that the GOP is doing a damn fine job of becoming a regional white party all on its own. They don’t need swarthy hordes of invading brown people for that. The GOP just needs to keep moving further and further to the right and they’ll get there on their own terms.
