What was wrong with welfare reform? 2 year period to get people educated and back in the workplace? It worked well while it was implemented. I don’t know what became of it after 2000. I think there’s a ton of misconceptions about welfare anyway. Last I looked, a few years ago, the majority of recipients were single white women with 2 children.

Then there social security, medicare and all those public works programs, parks, libraries, road maintenance, school. It ain’t so bad.
