My kids classes are canceled Friday for one more big teacher demonstration at the Capitol in Frankfort as the Kentucky General Assembly wraps up its 2018 session. Among the issues on its plate are overriding Governor Bevin’s veto of the state budget and HB 227 designed to kill the Kentucky solar energy industry at the behest of the utilities.
