Mr. Kucherena (Snowden’s lawyer) says his client has been living under heavy security at an undisclosed location somewhere in Russia and that all contact with him has been going through the lawyer’s office.

“I am his only link with the outside world at the moment. Even his contacts with his parents are carried out through me,” he said.
