Am I missing something here? Leaving Trump’s curious notions of retroactive economics aside, it seems like his response to an American company’s moving production capability abroad (to avoid tariffs on exports) is to invite foreign manufacturers to set up production here? For motorcycles? Why would they? Unless offered some YUUUGE tax break/giveaway?
