To be clear, the Senate could bring the bill up and amend it and send it back to the House. But the point remains that Pelosi’s plan won’t pass the Senate without Trump’s OK

I guess the Senate Republicans don’t understand this co-equal part of the government business, unless the President is a Democrat. So the new rule is that if Trump doesn’t approve, they won’t send it to him. Hmmm — does that mean that the kompromat is now so overwhelming that they cannot afford to cross Trump? Or is it that they are so afraid of their base, that they cannot stand up for what’s right? Or is it merely that they are all sociopaths who don’t care about this nation anyway?
