I have a colleague who fist-bumps all the fucking time. We work together on a lot of stuff as we’re both managers and our teams sit next to each other…and he’s very supportive of me with other management, but he does this ‘bro’ shit. Yes, I appreciate your having my back…must I reaffirm it with a fist bump every twenty minutes?

When he gives you a fist bump, slap him on the ass. It will either end the problem or make it worse.
