Rick Perry to me on many countries’ plans to phase out coal: “I think it’s a fool’s errand to stand up and say by 2030 we’re going to be done with fossil fuels … and what ? Go back to living like we were living in the mid-1800s?

rick, follow this cause it seems to be tough for you:

1. phase out - a gradual stopping or migrating
2. the use of fossil fuels will be replaced with something else (in phases, see 1) NOT WITH NOTHING AT ALL
