Oh, brother. Government knows that they have been shovelling good money after bad but they don’t want to admit it quite yet.

This makes no sense. They don’t want to spook the market by releasing the stress test results, so they announce that they are delaying the results until Q1 earnings are released.

This whole Obama government off the cuff meme is getting old and dangerous.
