My kids came out pretty well. But I did say things to them that made people… well… kinda freak out.

“The rest of the world doesn’t really care if you exist.”

“I married your mother, I did not marry you. I want to spend the rest of my life with your mother, I do not want to spend the rest of my life with you. Come and visit now and then, but go away.”

My favorite one? “I love you, but I married your mother. I chose your mother. I ended up with you.”
