Apparently Beck’s either late to this story or jumping on the bandwagon, because Breibart’s reporting the same story as an “exclusive,” but admits in its own article that Hannity had a guest making such claims as of last week.

ICE told Breitbart shortly after the deportation story broke that they never had deportation orders for the Saudi student, but instead for somebody completely unrelated to him or to the Boston bombing. Would not surprise me that Republicans, thinking they smell a “scandal,” got a hold of those deportation orders and think they have the “smoking gun” showing that Napolitano lied to them.
