He does understand that asylum status only applies within an embassy or the borders of said country, right? You can’t just asylee yourself from one country to the next, like a traveling correspondent.

Is there anything in his actions, past or present, that would lead you to believe he’s an intelligent person with a grasp of how the world functions?
