I have mentioned this numerous times but will repeat as it is this thread’s topic:

If Trump had been the least damn bit serious about building The Wall, one of the first things he would have done in office would have been to put together a planning commission to prepare engineering and design studies, to commission environmental and legal impact reports and present a schedule and proposed budget.

Especially someone who claims experience with large-scale building projects would know what needs to be done.

But that was never his intention or plan.
