Being a engineer, I’m reluctant to throw shade on other engineers except, like this time, when it’s well deserved. Too many times I’ve see designs proposed with absolutely no consideration for how it would be used in the meat world. The designer comes up with something they think is really cool and stops there. A little thought along with some use cases just might reveal the flaws but, like here, they weren’t done.

Actually, I’m absolutely sure they were done, but someone (cough cough) over-ruled the due diligence folks to make it “cool”.
