Cool! We’re gonna learn Yiddish swear words?

A friend of mine used to say his father had a Yiddish saying for slow drivers, those who took to long to start moving at traffic lights.
It was, in English, “He stands like a penis at a wedding”
But he didn’t know it in Yiddish. Any lizards?
