Yes, yes I did see that. I saw the documentary on their case actually. I was actually talking with my grandmother about it and it turned out that my grandfather employed Richard while they lived in D.C. Never knew that in his lifetime. I’d say that was pretty admirable of him given the attitudes of the times.

I’m from Caroline County and continue to live here. The annoying thing is that the Sheriff who was “more than happy” to arrest the Lovings (as he was quoted onetime) ended up outliving both Richard and Mildred Loving.
