That’s a real shock. Was this a case of an employer torturing employees to death and selling the carcasses off as pet food? It’s difficult to see how else a 9-0 pro-worker decision could be possible from this court.

It’s an 8-0 ruling, Whiny Beer Drinker wasn’t seated in time for this and didn’t participate. And yes, Gorsuch wrote the majority opinion.
