Conservatives really hate that word “racist.” Gotta reflexively deflect.

No one has ever called me a racist. I agree with Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King’s statement about judging people on the content of their character rather than the colour of their skin.

I also know this isn’t that country yet, and that my lived experience cannot be compared with those who have been on the business end of conservative racism since 1607.
