Frozen shoulder usually resolves by itself, though it can take up to 2 years.

Move to warmer climate, thaw that shoulder out.

Seriously, the orthopedic doc released me last week - no more therapy! I have to keep doing my exercises so my hand doesn’t lock up, but now it’s just a matter of time before my wrist is 100%
