Had an old girlfriend who went off to college and met a nice Jewish boy and married him. She, the daughter of a Church of Christ minister.

She converted and is the most observant Jew I’ve ever met.

A lovely lady, in fact, she recently performed in NYC an entire suite of songs based on the Holocaust. She’s a music professor at a gigantic University.
