Here’s a worst case: Due to Trump’s agreement with Putin, the US pulls its troops from countries sharing a border with Russia. Russia takes the opportunity to “reassert itself” in those countries, including those that are now NATO countries. As this occurs, the rest of NATO gets together to defend the countries, starting a major war in Europe.

Improbable though. Moves against Ukraine and Belarus realistic though.
