He’s pretty much OK if he did actually live there when he registered. The RW wants to make a big thing out of multiple registrations, but that is not the fault of someone who moves a lot, especially inter-state. It’s usually the responsibility of the Board of Registrars to maintain a clean, purged, roll. (Once again, 50 states=50 rules.)

Just because someone is still registered where they use to live does not mean they have any intention of committing voter fraud, but the Right pretends that the existence of such “proves” there is massive voter fraud which had to be prevented.
