i love daikon radishes. i’m going to grow them this year.
chopped w/ just a little sweet vinegar, salt n pep.
nice.

My wife makes a dish with sauteed garlic and onion then adds tomato sauce and simmers..adding thinly sliced daikon a little later and finally, either browned chicken or pork…yummy!
